Documentary series following the conservation work of David Houghton and the Africat Foundation in central Namibia. Carla faces a challenge when she has to release four-year-old female cheetah Twiggy onto the reserve. Twiggy was rescued by the team after being left to starve to death. Now healthy enough to begin a new life in the reserve, she is feisty and unpredictable and releasing her without getting hurt will be easier said than done. Meanwhile, David travels to Windhoek to find out the future for injured cheetah cub Quattro. Quattro suffered multiple fractures after being hit by a car – will he ever walk again?
