US cookery competition with Gordon Ramsay. Chef Ramsay demonstrates a monkfish recipe to the remaining chefs which they then have to teach to a novice. The winner of the challenge receives the prize of a flying tour of LA on the Goodyear Blimp. At evening service, the contestants are allowed to choose their stations, but will their preferences match their skills? Later, there is a surprise at elimination.
