With another baby on the way, it’s time for this growing family to buy a larger home and plant some roots. It’s a good time to buy in Virginia Beach, and with a budget of $250,000 and a realtor on board, the Muhlbachs are confident they’ll find what they’re looking for: three to four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a nice yard and space for Dan to have a “man room.”
