After discovering that Iron Weasel used to be hugely popular in Japan, Tripp books an interview for the band on the biggest Japanese rock television show, “Happy Fun Metal Rock Time.” Meanwhile, Beth takes a self-defense class and teaches Tripp some new defense moves, but when Tripp tries to help Jared defend himself against bullies, he accidentally spills paint all over Principal Strickland and gets sent to detention on the same day of the appearance.
