Series following reality star and pop singer Kerry Katona as she tries to make changes in her life. Kerry flies to Spain with her new boyfriend Adam on a working holiday. She is there for a photoshoot which will accompany a magazine article about her weight loss, but just before the shoot she has a hair crisis. Back in the UK, Kerry is rocked emotionally when she encounters her ex, Mark. The incident makes her realise that Adam is not the one for her and she decides she must end things between them.
