In a flashback to the first Tauron Uprising years ago, “Herac” troops storm the Adama home to investigate the murder of a Herac soldier. When a gun stolen by young Sam is found on the premises, William Adama Sr. is brutally beaten; in another room the same is done to his wife, who is then executed. Joseph and Sam watch the proceedings from a hidden wall compartment until Joseph gets the chance to kill every soldier in the house. A dying William asks Joseph to shoot him, in keeping with the Tauron way of choosing one’s death whenever able, and Joseph complies. In the present, the two brothers decide they will kill the Guatrau and take over the Ha’la’tha. Daniel discovers that every CEO connected to the Guatrau later turns up dead and makes a deal with Sam: In exchange for Daniel sending Cylons to Tauron, Sam will spare Daniel’s life. Zoe and Tamara, now known as “The Avenging Angels” in V-World, have teamed together to clean up New Cap City of its corruption. Gara Singh manages to get Jordan Duram suspended from the Global Defense Department pending an internal affairs investigation into Marbeth’s death.
